As part of the inception to completion service that Marldon provides, we are fully involved in the sales process of our properties. Whilst we sell through an appointed estate agent or firm of surveyors, the marketing, sales campaign and managing of the process is carried out by Charlie Markes.
As with our lettings, the properties that we sell are within fashionable central London locations.
Marldon is proud to offer an after-sales service, which includes introducing the buyer to their new home or office in person, and taking them through the workings of the property. As we manage all of our own properties, if there are any queries or questions, occupiers can be confident that they will be answered by someone at Marldon, and not passed on to a third party. Warranties are also provided as standard, which gives buyers a guarantee for their purchase.
