Tony Bartlett is senior director and founding partner, having created Marldon with Mervyn Dunnington-Jefferson in 1968. Tony is in charge of overall strategy and decision-making and works closely with our finance department and our partners, The Royal Bank of Scotland, and is intimately involved in every aspect of Marldon’s business.

Henry joined the Construction team in 1996 and has been the partner in charge of Construction since 2013. He is responsible for the delivery of all major construction projects. His responsibilities include employee relations and development to provide a constantly evolving skill base, via man management, apprenticeships, and systematic training for multi skills.

John Dunnington-Jefferson

JDJ has been involved in all matters relating to property management since joining the company in 2003. Over this time, the portfolio has evolved moving from mainly residential to include commercial, apart-hotel blocks, leased apartment buildings, mixed use property and family home conversions. He is also in overall charge of the Property Maintenance department which carries out all forms of repair work and servicing across the business.
