Our in-house agency, Blueprint Living Apartments, employs a team that manages 24-hour sales for our two serviced apartment buildings, 66 Turnmill Street and 2 Suffolk Lane, as well as our significant residential portfolio.
The Blueprint team is involved in all aspects of sales and marketing in the serviced apartment and residential sector, including web sales and corporate bookings.
All of Marldon’s apartments are fully serviced by Blueprint Living Apartments’ housekeeping team. Our guests enjoy a weekly maid service, regular cleaning, and weekly breakfast delivery.
These services are available to all of our guests, whether they are staying for one night or several months and are applicable across our properties, located in the desirable locations of Clerkenwell, Bloomsbury and Marylebone.
