Originally a striking (Grade II listed) 1960’s office building, Greystoke Place was designed by well known architects YRM. Marldon, in conjunction with Smith and Brooke architects, completed a highly imaginative transformation of the upper floors into contemporary apartments.

The development went ahead after detailed negotiations with the Corporation of London, to achieve listed consent for the removal of all the original defective concrete floors and replacement with a steel frame.

Marldon were awarded the ‘Considerate Contractor Gold Award’ by the Corporation for the works on site.
