Built from scratch by Marldon in an old Victorian school ground, this high quality scheme comprises 13 apartments, all of which have balconies. The build was an extremely complicated process involving sequenced excavation and archealogical input. The retention of the boundary was acheived with King Posts and careful ramping back of spoil. This lateral reinforced concrete building was entirely constructed by Marldon operatives.
In addition, the scheme comprised of newly built and bright contemporary offices that included, air-conditioning, raised access flooring and stunning a reception.
