3 Star Yard is a Victorian warehouse building adjacent to Chancery Lane and Lincoln’s Inn.

It has been converted into a family house, which includes a large entertaining ‘gallery-style’ spaces on the upper floors, as well as balconies at the back of the house, which look out onto an ‘open-air’ private atrium. It comprises of up to four bedrooms and includes a lift.

Marldon’s trademark bespoke joinery runs throughout the building.
