This contemporary conversion and refurbishment of a former light industrial building into 14 apartments was conducted in association with Squire & Partners.

The scheme included the addition of two new storeys and works to the basement to create habitable rooms. The scheme was one of the first of many office to residential conversions in the area. Some apartments have been sold whilst others are retained for investment.
