31, 32 Prescot Street
The office areas are now very much taking shape at the adjacent 31 and 32 Prescot Street, which offer basement and ground level, and first floor space respectively. Both are stylish, self-contained units that can boast brilliant levels of natural light, as well as having their own individual outdoor patio/terrace area. Each have their own street level access and kitchen and washroom facilities, as well as communal bike storage and changing/shower room areas. Lastly, the many transport links in the area will be a major draw, with the completion of Crossrail next year only improving the already fantastic accessibility of the premises.
