Person Of The Month
Ghi Fong was Marldon Joinery’s first employee at its inception in 1996. He was plucked as an apprentice from the Brixton School of Building.
He has subsequently grown with the company and is in charge of the machine shop as well as undertaking other duties including management duties within the building and when other staff are on holiday.
His important work means he is the “driver” behind the work Marldon Joinery produce.
