Marldon is proud to support Walnut Tree FC!
Walnut Tree FC is a youth football club founded in September 2018 by team coaches Gerard Markes and friend Billy Thrower.
The Club has gone from strength to strength, growing from a squad of 5 to 19 kids. Intent on bettering their remarkable inaugural season’s 4th place finish, they currently sit 1st in the 2019/20 league!
In Kennington the local response has been fantastic and parents have really got behind the team. Above all it has been hugely positive for the kids keeping them active, busy and competing for trophies.
Walnut Tree FC and their supporters are currently fundraising towards the cost of a new minibus which will allow the team to safely travel to and from matches together, as a team.
