India Street sale completes fund hat trick
Marldon have sold the freehold of 8 India Street EC1 to Aviva Investors for £10.25m which is the third sale made to an institution in the last eighteen months. In 2014 we sold 54 Hatton Garden EC1 to CBREi and 8 Bowling Green Lane EC1 to Henderson Global. All three buildings were developed by Marldon and we are proud these transactions demonstrate that the quality of our design and build is to an institutional standard.
