Houndsditch Offices Fully Let
All office floors at 38 Houndsditch are now fully let following the recent letting to Corelogic Solutions Ltd in July 2014. Prior to their occupation Marldon carried out the bespoke fit-out works on behalf of Corelogic who occupy the first floor on a new five year lease.
This transaction followed on from a letting earlier in the year of part of the fourth floor to Vision Plc who have expanded within the building.The building has a new lift and refurbished common areas which combined with the well specified office floors make it an ideal base for a business with a 1000 – 3000 square foot office requirement.
