Marldon Completes Sale of Two Serviced Apartments schemes
Marldon has completed the sale of two serviced apartment blocks in Central London, at 2 Suffolk Lane and 66 Turnmill Street, to Leonardo Hotels, part of the Fattal Hotel Group.
2 Suffolk Lane in the City, is a 16,822 sq ft building, which comprises 27 fully furnished serviced apartments in addition to a separate vacant fitted wine bar.
66 Turnmill Street is a seven-storey, 13,614 sq ft building, which comprises 14 studio serviced apartments, three office units and one retail unit, and is situated next to Farringdon station.
Both schemes were designed, constructed and operated by Marldon.
