Commercial Lettings

Over time Marldon has expanded its lettings business fro solely residential to include commercial lettings, a sector in which it now has 15 years proud experience.

The mainstays of our commercial portfolio are our office tenants who are predominately from the TMT (technology, media, telecoms) and Creative / Design sectors. Current occupiers include the Swedish furniture manufacturer Kinnarps who use their c. 8,000 ft2 split level space as both a furniture showroom and UK head office, also the award winning employee engagement agency NKD Learning. In addition to offices we have retail premises and count Jamie’s Wine Bar as one of our occupiers.

Our experience as design and build landlords allows us to offer prospective tenants a bespoke fit-out service to suit any needs they may have. As well as the convenience and efficiency of using a single point of contact, occupiers are assured a top quality end product which will continue to be serviced and managed by Marldon.
